How the estimate works
Annual potential patient revenue = booking enquiries where a prompt reply isn't guaranteed × the share you'd realistically lose without a prompt reply that Ekko could win back × 12 months × your chosen patient-value figure. The default basis is the patient's first 12 months: the first appointment plus the repeat visits you would normally expect in that year, prefilled at S$300 as a modest illustration rather than a benchmark. Switch to first appointment only for the narrower view. Enter your own figures, excluding GST. We do not claim a payback period — we state how many additional patients a year would generate revenue equal to the subscription, so you can judge that against your own clinic. The result is an estimate, not guaranteed revenue or profit. It assumes you have capacity to see the additional patients. Staff workload is shown separately and is never added to the revenue result. For a group, the suggested starting figures scale with your number of locations (about 3 clinicians per location, about 20 enquiries a month per clinician and about 20 staff conversations a day per location). Every one of those is a slider you can override with your own figures. Each additional location costs S$199/month, and each additional clinician beyond the two included costs S$49/month. Clinicians are counted once across all locations.
