What happens at the end of the 30 days?
Nothing automatic. There is no card on file, so the trial cannot roll into a paid plan by itself. We contact you before it ends and you decide. If you do nothing, the workspace pauses and your data waits.
What counts as a clinician?
Anyone who sees patients and needs their own identity on replies — doctors, dentists, physiotherapists. Front desk, nurses and admin staff are not clinicians and are free on every plan, with no limit on how many.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current month. Annual plans run to the end of the term. We will export your conversations and patient records for you either way.
What if I add a location or a doctor mid-year?
On monthly, it appears on the next invoice. On annual, we charge the remaining months of the term pro-rata so everything stays on one renewal date.
Do you charge more as we get busier?
No. The price is the same whether your clinic handles 50 messages a month or 5,000. Meta's own charges for WhatsApp template messages are billed to your clinic separately — those are Meta's rates, not ours, with no markup from us.
How do we pay?
Annual plans are a single PayNow payment. Monthly plans are by card. There is no setup or onboarding fee on either.
Do we have to move off our current system?
No. You keep your WhatsApp Business number and your EMR. Ekko sits alongside both — your staff can still use the WhatsApp app on their phones, and those replies still get attributed.
All prices are in Singapore dollars and exclusive of GST. GST will be added at the prevailing rate if and when Slincas Technologies Pte Ltd becomes GST-registered.
Annual billing is ten months for twelve, paid in one PayNow payment, and includes on-site founder-led setup and staff training. Monthly plans include remote onboarding.
Pricing is per clinician and per location. Staff accounts are included on every plan with no limit. The Clinic plan covers one location and two clinicians; additional clinicians and locations are charged at the rates shown.
Prices may be reviewed annually by up to 5%, with at least 60 days' written notice.
WhatsApp Business Coexistence: there is no separate Meta fee for enabling it. Messages sent directly from the clinic's WhatsApp app are still recorded and attributed in Ekko.
